Melting the Five Elements (Part 1) Continued

I consider the “star in a circle” to be a good symbol for the practice of “smelting”. It is also much easier to visualize than the bagua symbol. Just imagine an equilateral triangle with the apex facing up in the navel area and mentally superimpose the same triangle with the base facing up on top of it. Thus, you will “draw” a six-rayed star, which should be enclosed in a circle. The diameter of the circle should be 7.5 cm.

The first "smelting formula" should be practiced while sitting or standing.

Melting the Five Elements (Part 1) Continued

1. Consistently envelop your body in a multi-colored aura. Start with a red aura, then create yellow, white, blue and green. This should be done quickly and without stopping. The color fields should smoothly transition into each other.
2. Perform the “inner smile” exercise along the front, middle and back lines.
3. Just behind the navel, mentally create a front "bagua" or "stars in a circle" symbol.
4. Using your imagination, create a tai chi symbol in the center of the bagua or make the star rotate (the direction of rotation does not matter).
5. Create a back "bagua" or star on your back, opposite your navel.

Melting the Five Elements (Part 1) Continued

6. Feel the Tai Chi symbol begin to rotate (the direction of rotation does not matter).
7. Focus your attention on the back and front symbols at the same time and imagine the tai chi (or star) making a spiral movement. This spiral forms a kind of funnel through which energy flows into the tan-tian “cauldron”.
8. Focus your attention on the “cauldron”, mentally imagining the flow of energy flowing into it.
9. With your inner gaze, look and feel how the pearl in the “cauldron” is filled with energy and begins to radiate. “Paint” it gold, white or silver.
10. “Launch” the “pearl” into the “microcosmic orbit”. Let her make a few turns. While helping the “pearl”, try to “rotate” the eyes in their sockets using the sexual kung fu method.
11. Return the “pearl” to the “cauldron” and accumulate energy in the navel area.
