Enantiomers of the second nitrite of ethanolamine, cryallohydrate and crystalline hydrate of 2-ethylbutylaminomethanosulfinate and a method for their synthesis from phenylpropionic sulfonic acid ester and ethyl carboxylic acid ester are described. Aromatic nones and their influence on the rate of production and spectral characteristics of amino acid enantiomers were assessed.
