Perricone's diet menu for every day includes several meals. For example, for breakfast it is recommended to eat 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg or 200 g of salmon fried in olive oil, 1/2 cup of oatmeal, 1/4 cup of fresh berries and 300 ml of water. For lunch you can eat 150 g of boiled salmon, 2 cups of green salad leaves dressed with olive oil and lemon juice, fresh berries and at least 300 ml of water. An afternoon snack can consist of low-fat turkey or chicken breast, yogurt, hazelnuts, a green apple and at least 300 ml of water. For dinner, 150 g of salmon, 2 cups of green salad dressed with olive oil and lemon juice, a cup of broccoli, fresh berries and at least 300 ml of water are offered. Before bed, you can eat low-fat turkey or chicken breast, yogurt, a pear or green apple, almonds or olives and at least 300 ml of water.

In addition, Dr. Perricone recommends consuming additional foods such as olive oil, fish oil, cheddar cheese, and Swiss cheese, which also promote healthy skin.
