The main sexual massage for women is breast massage, which activates sexual energy in the ovaries.
Each egg in the ovary is covered with thousands of small eyelashes. In a woman, sexual arousal occurs as a result of the vibration of these eyelashes. The vibration of the eyelashes awakens sexual energy in the ovaries, which in turn excites the entire genital area, including the clitoris. Excitement activates the glands, and the whole body is “flooded” by a “sea ten thousand miles long.”
This week you will learn how to massage the endocrine glands using sexual energy. This massage stimulates the endocrine glands, enhances the reproduction of sexual energy, strengthens the body and helps improve “breathing of the spinal (bone) marrow.” Endocrine glands produce hormones that, penetrating directly into the circulatory system, regulate growth and metabolism.
The pineal gland secretes a hormone that controls human biorhythms and acts like a “clock” inside the human body. At the same time, it is responsible for the ability of internal vision and vision of the aura. Taoists believe that the pineal body is an organ of enlightenment that creates an immortal body - the seat of the Spirit. The pineal gland is the main yang gland, while the hypothalamus located above it is the main yin gland. Both glands are located in the “crystal palace”, where there is also a place for the optic thalamus and the pineal gland. The interaction of two glands, the female hypothalamus and the male pineal gland, creates a balance of forces in the body. In light of this information, I would advise you to repeat the tenth week's Sexual Kung Fu exercise, "Rotating the Yin-Yang Water Mill." The next time you create a mental image of intercourse in the upper "cauldron" ("crystal palace"), imagine the pineal gland as a penis and the hypothalamus as a vagina. The feminine principle is on top, and the masculine principle is below.
The pituitary gland, or “third eye,” controls the other glands of the endocrine system and controls the process of growth. Taoists consider it the abode of the Spirit. Activating the pituitary gland increases a person's ability to recognize their true nature (some practitioners call this the ability to communicate with their Higher Self or Knowledge). The thyroid gland controls the metabolic process, and the parathyroid glands balance calcium and phosphorus in the body. When these glands are activated, the ability to conduct conversation and communicate appears.
With age, the functionality of the thyroid gland decreases. According to Taoists, the body’s immune functions and rejuvenation processes depend on it. After stimulation of the thyroid gland, its characteristic functions are restored. At the subconscious level, it is connected to the heart center, which is responsible for love and compassion.
The pancreas produces hormones that regulate blood sugar. Traditional Chinese Medicine views the pancreas and spleen as one organ and identifies this “tandem” as the spleen. The spleen and pancreas govern the earth element, which maintains the balance of the other four elements in the human body (the earth element is the “home” of the four elements).
The main function of the adrenal glands is to control the heartbeat and the instinct of self-preservation. Activated adrenal glands help move sexual energy up the spine and into the brain. They are responsible for arousal and pleasure.
The ovaries are also considered glands of the endocrine system.
Massage the glands using sexual energy
1. Let's start the exercise in a sitting position. Press the tip of your tongue against the upper palate.
2. Take a deep breath using the abdominal breathing method. Lightly close the labia, tighten the anal sphincters and direct the energy to the right and left nipples.
3. As you inhale, warm your palms by rubbing against each other.
4. Touch your nipples with your index, middle and ring fingers. The second knuckle of the middle finger should be directly above the nipple. Support your breasts with your palms.
5. Using circular movements (first outward, then in the opposite direction), massage your breasts around the nipples.
6. You should feel arousal in the clitoral area. The clitoris corresponds to the pineal gland. Feel how sexual energy (sexual feeling) rises to the back of your head (occipital point). This is where the pineal gland, hypothalamus and thalamus are located.
7. Focus again on massaging the nipples, then turn your attention to the pituitary gland, located in the third eye area. You may feel a slight tension in your forehead.
8. Focus your attention back on your breasts, channeling the combined energy of your pineal and pituitary glands into them. While continuing to massage your nipples, shift your attention and direct your sexual energy to the thyroid and parathyroid glands in the throat area. Feel how these glands expand and swell.
9. Re-focus on the mammary glands, sending them the combined energy of the pineal, thyroid, parathyroid and pituitary glands. As you continue to massage your nipples, direct sexual energy to the thymus gland, located under the upper part of the sternum. Feel the thymus gland expand and swell.
10. Focus again on the breasts, sending the combined energy of all the glands into them. Continuing to massage your nipples, direct sexual energy to the pancreas, located in the center of the torso, just below the solar plexus.
11. Direct the combined energy (qi) from the pancreas and other glands into the mammary glands and continue massaging the nipples. Focus your inner gaze on the adrenal glands, located above the kidneys in the lower hypochondrium on the back. Once you feel your adrenal glands activating, direct their energy to your breasts.
12. Combine the energy of all glands in the chest area. Direct this energy into the ovaries and do the yin-yang water mill exercise to control its movement (I leave this part of the practice up to you).
13. In the future, if desired, you can use clitoral stimulation.
Men can also do this exercise. Naturally, they massage the head of the penis and send energy to the testicles. Focus on the energy flow from the head to the penis, stimulating and gradually combining the energy of the glands, and then returning it to the head of your “jade stem”.
