Yoga for every day: Friday

On the last day of the week, you feel that your strength is running out and your body requires rest. Restore your inner resources to successfully complete work tasks and have a good weekend.

  1. Prepare a pillow and cushion from a towel. Sit on a pillow, bend your right leg under you, straighten your left leg back. Bend your face towards the roller, stretch your arms in front of you and close your eyes.

  2. Stay in this position for 2-5 minutes, then change legs.

What does this give?

Relaxes almost all the muscles of the body, calms the nerves, makes the mind clear and helps to cope with excessive anxiety.
