When going on vacation, don't forget about training!





This happens every year... And it usually lasts about a month... A short period of time when you can safely forget about the alarm clock, morning traffic jams, the always yelling CHEF, and other “charms” of our work... A month-long piece of happiness... Only sun, waves, warm wind and sea sand...

But don't forget that we are bodybuilders. And if a vacation is needed in order to take a break from work, then no one gave us a vacation from working on ourselves! And first of all – ourselves! We don’t have the right to just give up what we love for a month!

But what can we do? During our vacation, we go somewhere unfamiliar, where it is possible, and there is nowhere to train... Such an annoying disappointment awaits you if you have not prepared for your trip! Well, with sufficient preparation, nothing is impossible!

For example, when I went to the seaside in Odessa last year, I personally prepared very thoroughly. Well, firstly, I took good old Google and searched for all the fitness clubs, and at the same time looked at which of them were closest to the resort area and to my hotel.

Secondly: when choosing a hotel, I not only paid attention to the number of restaurants and the level of material resources of the rooms, but also to the presence of a gym at the hotel, found out its level, the number and quality of exercise equipment, reviews of guest athletes, etc., etc. .

As a result, I found a hotel such that I didn’t really need all the paid fitness clubs in this city found in point No. 1. The gym was excellent! Everything a real bodybuilder needs to be happy. There was also a massage room, a relaxation room, a medical control room, a steam room, a sauna, a bathhouse and even a small swimming pool...
