Sexy Kung Fu - Yin-Yang Water Mill Rotation Part 4 - Washing the Heart

Last week I said that the middle tan tien actually includes two zones, the first of which is located at the level of the solar plexus, the second at the level of the heart chakra.

Taoists consider the heart to be the center that controls the emotional state. When a person is calm, the heart is calm. When he is excited, it is also excited. Fear makes the heart beat faster.

Once you learn to control your heart, you will be able to control your emotional state. Cleansing and “emptying” the heart means cleansing and ridding it of negative emotions.

According to Taoist theory, the heart and kidneys provide electromagnetic balance in the human body. The fire element in the heart compensates for the water element in the kidneys. Thus, the heart and kidneys serve as transformers and batteries.

If, as a result of a stressful situation, tension, irritation or illness, too much heat (excess yang) has accumulated in the heart, then too much cold (yin) has accumulated in the kidneys. This week's exercise will help establish a balance between the hot and cold energies (yang and yin) of the heart and kidneys.

When you are tense or excited, your heart just bursts out of your chest. And vice versa, when you are relaxed, you forget about it. Therefore, by controlling your emotions, you help your heart and calm yourself.

Excessive cold in the kidneys has a negative effect not only on the heart, but also on the lumbar muscles located in the lower back. The psoas muscles cannot tolerate the cold. Cold in the kidneys makes them tense and causes them to contract, which upsets the balance in the body and causes breathing and musculoskeletal problems.

Rotating the Yin-Yang Water Mill Washing the Heart

This week we'll look at part of the solution to this problem by warming up the lower back muscles.

Before you begin the “heart washing” exercise, you should pronounce a heart healing sound. This neutralizes excess heat in the heart. Excess hot energy is sent to the kidneys, they warm up and in turn send heat to the lumbar muscles.

Next, the heat descends into the testicles or ovaries, then the yin-yang water mill is activated, from which the energy rises to the jia-pe point, located opposite the heart chakra in the center of the chest and fills the heart center (chakra). Next, attention switches to the front of the body, where energy flows through the functional channel, descends to the “water wheels” and rises again to the heart center, forming another “micro-orbit” in your body. The exercise can be performed standing, sitting or lying down.

1. As you exhale, make the heart healing sound “h-a-u-u-u-u”.
2. Feel how your heart relaxes and “goes” deep into the chest. Repeat the healing sound at least three times.
3. Feel the heat leaving your heart. Mentally direct the hot energy into your spine.
4. Feel the heat descend into the kidneys along the spine. Feel the warmth in your kidneys.
5. As you exhale, hot energy leaves the kidneys and rushes to the lower back, to the area of the lumbar muscles.
6. Feel how your lower back becomes warmer and relaxes.
7. Repeat the exercise 2-3 times.
8. With mental effort, direct the hot energy into the testicles or ovaries.
9. Focus your attention (inner vision) on the water mill. Watch as a boy in a golden robe and a girl in a silver dress spin “water wheels” with their feet.
10. Using inner vision and “rotation” of the eyes, direct sexual energy from the testicles (ovaries) up to the perineum.
11. Inhale and direct sexual energy upward from the perineum through the sacral opening and sacrum, passing the Ming Men, Chi Chun points (T-11), behind the solar plexus to the Jia Pe point (T-5), located in the center of the sternum .
12. Imagine a “cauldron” in the heart center.
13. As you exhale, drain the sexual energy from the gia-pe point into the “cauldron” of the heart center (“washing the heart”). All this time, help the movement of energy by “rotating” your eyes.
14. Shift your attention (inner vision) from the functional channel to the “water wheels” in the area of the testicles or ovaries.
15. Replenish your sexual energy and repeat steps 9-14.
16. Do the exercise at least six times.
