Fish diet: quickly get rid of extra pounds!

Experts call a fish-based diet the most gentle. The fact is that a fish diet does not give the same feeling of hunger as other diets. In addition, by giving up your usual foods, you will still receive the required amount of vitamins and microelements, since fish contains plenty of them. You can replace meat with fish without fear - it contains the same amino acids as chicken or pork. According to doctors, regular consumption of fish and seafood is an excellent prevention of cardiovascular diseases. Food based on these products helps strengthen the immune system and replenish the lack of calcium in the body.

Nutritionists advise: before resorting to any diet, spend literally one day on the appropriate diet. If you do not feel much discomfort, feel free to proceed with your plans. There are many types of fish diets, but the 10-day one is recognized as the most effective. Remember: all this time you will need to drink up to 2 liters of liquid per day - water, green or herbal tea. You will have five meals daily - which is very important and you should not forget about it.

When waking up - 250 g of still mineral water.

First breakfast - 2 cups of green or herbal tea, 2 boiled eggs, 1 tbsp. yogurt or a plate of low-fat cottage cheese, 1 tablet of ascorbic acid.

Second breakfast - 100 g of any steamed fish, 100 g of boiled vegetables, apple or banana, 1 tbsp. still water.

Lunch – half an hour before lunch, drink 2 tbsp. water. 250 g of any fish, steamed or baked in foil, 100 g of boiled or steamed non-starchy vegetables (peppers, zucchini, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, green beans), 1 tbsp. yogurt. After lunch, do not drink for 2 hours.

Dinner – can repeat lunch. Instead of fish, you can take seafood; alternate between steamed, boiled and baked fish. Play with the colors of vegetables.

Before bed, drink a cup of green or herbal tea.
