Fitness stretching exercises

Stretching helps make muscles flexible and elastic, which subsequently increases the effectiveness of sports. In addition, stretching exercises will make your body more feminine and moderately pumped. Proper stretching stimulates blood circulation in the body, helps you relax and, in general, improves your well-being and mood. Therefore, be sure to perform a set of stretching exercises before and after your sports activities.

There are two main types of stretching: statistical and dynamic.

Statistical stretching is the most popular and is recommended for beginners. When doing statistical stretching, you do not need to make any sudden movements. Taking one position, you should remain in it for some time (usually 1-2 minutes), constantly trying to stretch your muscles more and more.

Dynamic stretching is suitable for more advanced athletes. It involves all kinds of swings, rolls from longitudinal to transverse twine, and vice versa.
