Glycosidosis.

1. Glycosides are a group of enzymes consisting of a carbohydrate and a group, usually nitrogenous bases, called an acyl or hydrophilic moiety. Carbohydrates that have a long molecule of starch, glycogen, or other long glucose polymers are called hydrophilic glycans and can bind to more than one glycoside. Acyl groups include ammonium groups, amide groups such as glutamate, phosphoester groups and hydrophobic carboxylic acids.
