Pregnancy in hot weather
The long-awaited summer has finally arrived. The sun is shining, city dwellers are eager to go to their dachas as soon as possible, enjoy the rays of the sun and relax in nature. Everything would be fine, but such weather sometimes has its own small disadvantages. Most often, these disadvantages apply to pregnant women. The heat, as well as the ever-increasing weight of the unborn child, undoubtedly makes itself felt, but this is normal. All hormones and metabolism are working in full force now, so blood circulation can sometimes get tired.
On summer days, every person should be very careful about themselves and their health, protecting themselves from the insidious sun rays and heat. Pregnant women need to be doubly vigilant. -
For quick recovery, use cold water poured into a basin. Splash it generously on your face - let the splashes fly in all directions! Then lower your hands there up to your elbows - a very pleasant procedure on a hot day.
-
Cooling body lotions and facial toner will also help. Now the sebaceous glands on the scalp are working hard, and if your hair quickly becomes oily, rinse it with a small amount of shampoo.

When drying your hair with a hairdryer, do not set it to very hot air.
-
If you swim in an outdoor pool or pond, apply gel with a UV filter to your hair to prevent hair breakage.
-
Restructuring of the hormonal system causes pigmentation to appear on the face in many pregnant women. UV rays contribute to this even more. Therefore, try to use hygiene and cosmetic products with a UV filter.

When going outside, always wear a wide-brimmed hat.

Whether your skin is susceptible to stretch marks depends on your predisposition (weak connective tissue) and skin type: fair skin is less resistant to this than dark skin.
