The problem of overwork, apathy and indifference to many surrounding things has become a daily companion for the average working person. In the evening, after a hard and stressful day (and sometimes during this very day), you want to take off all the burden and mentally relax... How can this be done, so to speak, with the help of “improvised means”? The answer is: through meditation.
Meditation is a mental process that allows you to achieve relaxation, release from stress, and clear your mind of unnecessary thoughts and experiences. It gives peace of mind and inner harmony.
You don't have to be an experienced yogi to benefit from the benefits of meditation. It is enough to devote 30 minutes to it every day for six months.
Here's a simple meditation to help you relax after a hard day:
Imagine a secluded house somewhere on the ocean. You wake up to the gentle morning breeze rustling the curtains. You slowly get out of bed and walk barefoot on the cool floor. Go out onto the porch and admire the rising sun.
You then head to a small waterfall nearby. You throw off your clothes along with all your worries and fatigue. You plunge under the streams of water, feeling how they wash away everything unnecessary, restoring lightness and vigor.
Feel how your body rejuvenates, filling with energy and harmony. You emerge from under the waterfall transformed, full of strength and inspiration.
Remember this feeling of lightness and purity. Let it fill you from the inside, giving you peace and tranquility. After all, now you have to return to everyday life to bring light and goodness to people.
