It turns out that Ambrosio naturally has a slender figure, which explains the fact that before her first pregnancy she did not exercise at all. However, after the model became a mother for the first time, she had to devote time to intense training - Alessandra gained about 20 kilograms. Sports were the key to a modeling career - Ambrosio had to participate in the Victoria's Secret show three months after giving birth. The model said that she prefers to pay special attention to abdominal exercises, which she considers the key to a good figure. Also, during training, the model could not do without exercising on an exercise bike. Interestingly, Ambrosio does not favor arm exercises. She thinks she gets enough of throwing kids in the air. Alessandra jokingly adds that as a Brazilian she knows what exactly men pay attention to.
The model spoke quite frankly about a common female problem called “cellulite.” Alessandra fights him by running up and down the stairs, about 170 steps six times. By doing this once a week, the beauty thus strengthens her legs and buttocks.
