Diet No. 2
Indicated for patients with chronic gastritis with secretory insufficiency, chronic colitis, chronic enteritis in the stage of stable remission.
The diet contains 1.5 g of protein and fat per 1 kg of ideal weight, 6 g of carbohydrates per 1 kg of body weight, about 15 g of table salt, and 1.5 liters of free liquid. The weight of the daily ration is 3 kg. Calorie content 3000-3500 kcal.
The diet is mechanically gentle with the preservation of chemical stimulants for the secretion of gastric juice. Food with varying degrees of grinding. The temperature of cold dishes is not lower than 15°C, hot food is not higher than 62°C.
Eating 4-5 times a day.
Recommended: day-old wheat bread, buns or pies made from soft dough with boiled meat, rice, eggs, apples, cheesecakes with cottage cheese; soups with low-fat meat and fish broth, with mushroom broth with various cereals, except millet, with potatoes, carrots, zucchini, pumpkin, cauliflower; lean varieties of meat, poultry, fish in pieces or chopped boiled, stewed, baked or fried without breading; low-fat ham, sausages, herring; various vegetables - carrots, potatoes, cauliflower, pumpkin, zucchini, if well tolerated - white cabbage, green peas, green beans; crumbly porridges, except millet and pearl barley, cooked with water or with the addition of 1/3 milk or cream, puddings, boiled vermicelli; raw and baked apples and pears; sweet fruits and berries in the form of jelly, compote, jelly, jam, preserves; strawberries, wild strawberries, raspberries, blueberries are allowed raw; juices; soft-boiled eggs, in a bag, omelettes, steamed, baked in the oven and fried; whole milk in dishes, and if well tolerated in its natural form; fermented milk drinks, cottage cheese in its natural form, in casseroles, puddings, cheesecakes; mild cheese; fresh sour cream up to 15 g in dishes; parsley, dill, cloves, vanilla, bay leaf, bechamel sauce, tomato juice sauce, fruit sauces; tea, coffee with milk, rosehip infusion, black currant. Butter is used on sandwiches and is also added to prepared dishes for frying.
Excluded: fatty meats, poultry, fish, hard-boiled eggs, fat, legumes, millet, radishes, turnips, onions, garlic, peppers, cucumbers, mushrooms, smoked meats, fatty and hot sauces, mustard, horseradish.
