How to Reach the Stars: Simple outdoor exercises for exercise
In China, outdoor exercise is a common activity for people of all ages. In kindergartens, children are taken outside to exercise twice a day, even if there are no special playgrounds on the territory of the kindergarten. Why don’t we take an example from the Chinese and start doing exercises in the fresh air?
Finding a convenient place for such activities is not difficult. This can be anywhere outdoors where there is enough room to move and where you can feel comfortable. Start with simple stretching and bowing exercises. But instead of just doing these exercises, imagine that you are collecting stars from the sky.
When you have reached as high as possible and collected stars from all sides, put them in an imaginary basket and plant them in the grass. Then take the star with your left hand and place it behind your right leg, and then vice versa. Sit on the grass with your legs spread and see if your child can pick a blade of grass with his left hand from his right foot and vice versa.
These exercises will not only help your child develop coordination, but will also improve your flexibility and strength. They can also be a fun way to spend time outdoors with your child.
If you like this idea, you can add a few more exercises. For example, try doing a calf raise and stretching your arms up as if you were reaching for stars. Or do a few squats, imagining that you are collecting stars from the ground.
Either way, exercising outdoors is an easy and affordable way to improve your health and spend quality time with your baby. Feel free to try and enjoy these simple exercises!
