Feedback on the work of an employee of our online store

This is the feedback we received from our customer... We were very interested - we decided to share our impressions and emotions with you. So here it is:

I found your online store through an Internet search. I am interested in your product: boxing case. I was looking for a replacement for my old broken boxing bag. I decided to do the filling myself - fortunately I have experience. I already have 2 broken bags behind me, which I personally turned from new to “scrap”. Therefore, I think that I have some experience: I know the weak points of the bags, what to look for, how to choose, what points to pay special attention to...

But here’s the problem – the content of your online store, to put it mildly, leaves much to be desired. There is little information, it is incomplete, contradictory in some places, and there are few informative photographs. In general, you look at the line of boxing bags or boxing cases - the description is the same for all options. And the same photo of a cover 50 cm long in both the 100 cm cover card and the 120 cm cover card, but the 150 cm bag card does not open at all. In general, a lot of questions and a minimum of answers...

Fortunately, you have such an employee as Anna Valerievna Kez! I called her using the contact number on the website and simply bombarded her with questions. I asked her: firstly, to take a photo of the case with different accent points (zipper, rivets, loops, seams, bottom), and secondly, I asked her to take exact measurements from the case, because the contradictory information from the site was simply misleading...

Anna Valerievna took me a lot of comprehensive photographs from different angles, as I wanted, accumulated all my questions into a list, and we fully worked through them all. As a result, I knew everything I needed to know to understand what I was buying. Without this work done by her, if I had taken information from the site, I would have really taken a “pig in a poke” at random...

I recommend that you reward Anna Valerievna for everything she does and for her attitude towards her work and towards each client. I repeat: not a single question or request of mine went unanswered. And this is worth a lot! Interacting with such specialists – I’m not afraid of this word, true professionals – makes me want to order from you again and again.
