The most important rule of cycling is its regularity and duration. It is necessary to go for bicycle rides every day - then they will have a significant effect. To effectively lose weight, you need to exercise for up to two hours a day. But, if you haven’t had to ride a bike or ride at least from time to time since childhood, then you should start small. In the first few days, a 15-minute bike ride a day is enough. Over time, walking time should be increased to five to ten minutes daily.

For efficient cycling, you should choose a comfortable bike. Usually they choose a mountain bike for walking. It is necessary to carefully consider the frame before purchasing. If one tube smoothly transitions into another tube, then the bike is of high quality. You should buy a bike with a closed frame because it is more reliable. You need to be very careful when choosing wheels. Large wheels are known to develop good speed with a smooth ride. If you buy narrow wheels, you won’t get that speed. But that's not the main thing. It's good for the whole family to go on bike rides. Everyone will benefit from such a walk - both adults and children.
