Over the course of a decade, experts conducted tests on 2 thousand elderly people and found out how much dairy products affect blood pressure surges. The results showed that old people who suffered from hypertension and regularly consumed cottage cheese, cheese and milk began to get sick 7% less.
Scientists say that these products contain calcium and potassium, which help the body regulate blood pressure. At the same time, they ask not to get carried away with fatty dairy products; it’s better to eat low-fat ones.
