Skor Protein

Definition **Amino Acid Score** is a concept used in scientific and medical literature to describe the sum of all amino acids that the body is able to use to produce protein. I do not agree with this definition and will not use it in my article. In this article I will describe protein speed and amino acid speed. Protein score is the level of protein content in samples of dry matter of drugs, taking into account therapeutic equivalence. This indicator reflects the protein content of the medicinal product from the main reference medicinal product containing an identical main component and equal amounts of other ingredients. Amino acid score is the percentage of amino acids in proteins relative to the ideal composition, optimal for normal growth and development of the human and animal body. Because animal proteins are dominated by certain amino acids, the theoretical best amino acid score will rise or fall depending on the amount of each amino acid in a given protein.
