Tip of the day: get rid of bad habits in time

Actress Sylvia Kristel gained fame thanks to her filming in a series of erotic films about Emmanuelle. Sylvia passed away last week at the age of 60. In one of her last interviews, she admitted that in her youth she abused alcohol and drugs:

“When I was young, my body easily tolerated alcohol-cocaine overload. Cocaine created the illusion that I was damn talented. Over the years, it damaged my nasopharynx. And because of alcohol, according to doctors, my liver became like a loader’s. And I had to take a break."

Kristel has become a clear example of how bad habits can shorten your life. She suffered from lung cancer and liver cancer. At the same time, the woman did not give up until the last moment, following the main rule of her life: “Carry yourself high. People don’t like those who lie on the ground.”

This story reminds us that bad habits such as alcohol, smoking and drugs slowly destroy our health. The sooner you get rid of them, the better for the body and the longer your youth will remain. Therefore, today’s advice is not to delay the fight against harmful addictions. The best time to quit them is right now! Health and longevity are worth it.
