Both individually and together, these problems clearly do not cause pleasant feelings either for you or for those around you. But the main problem is not even the appearance - everyone has their own ideas about the beauty of the female body (which is wonderful), but the negative impact on the body - the knee and ankle joints suffer due to increased weight. In addition, the knee joint may suffer due to an irrational relationship between the development of the muscles of the anterior and posterior surfaces of the thighs.

How can you effectively influence this area of ​​the body at home?

We offer you an option that does not require any special equipment or large space.

Starting position - standing against the wall, hands shoulder-width apart and resting against the wall opposite, elbows slightly bent, working leg bent at the knee, an object clamped between the thigh and shin. In this case, the knee is directed to the floor (photo 1).

The exercise involves moving your leg back, preventing the object from falling (photo 2).

Try to do this exercise 15-20 times, then change legs.

When performing the exercise, try to avoid tilting the body forward and excessive arching of the back in the lumbar region, and also do not lift the heel of the supporting leg from the floor (photo 3).
