Massage movements are performed carefully, without strong pressure. Massage techniques such as stroking, rubbing, effleurage, and firm pressing are used. It is necessary to alternate techniques.

  1. Stroking is performed with light, smooth movements. The palms are lightly pressed against the skin. This movement calms the facial muscles, preparing the skin for further movements.
  2. Rubbing and tapping is performed more intensively. The pressure on the skin increases. But be careful not to overdo it.
  3. Tapping is performed with the fingertips. This technique stimulates metabolic processes, increasing muscle tone of the skin.
  4. The procedure ends with light stroking.

Carefully study the lifting massage algorithm to avoid possible skin problems.
