What is callanetics?
This is a complex of special gymnastics, which, when performed regularly, removes fat folds in those areas of the body where it is necessary. Callanetics is a program of exercises designed for about an hour of intensive training. They will make your hips slim, remove fat folds on your stomach, and rid your figure of excess weight.

The founder of this gymnastics complex, Callan Pinkney, recommends hour-long sessions 2 times a week only during the period when you have just started exercising in order to get rid of excess weight. Once you feel like you've lost some weight, an hour a week will be enough to maintain your gains.

And as soon as your figure approaches the ideal you want to achieve, you can devote 15 minutes to callanetics, but every day.

Callan claims that after 10 hours of exercise you can become 10 years younger, and this happens because one hour of callanetics brings as much benefit to the body as 7 hours of classical gymnastics or 24 hours of aerobics.

There is another meaning of this word, which is hidden in the name and can only mean one thing: let's declare war on calories. At the same time, once you start practicing the callanetics complex, you will have to be more careful when choosing food products.

How to start classes

The number of movements you must perform when practicing callanetics ranges from 30 to 100 for each exercise. And this is not a typo. This is precisely the principle of gymnastics. The movements are not performed abruptly and without any additional jerks. The signal to stop gymnastics will be a slight painful condition in the muscles.
