The essence of any cottage cheese diet is that cottage cheese is low in calories, but rich in proteins. There are no restrictions on the consumption of other products. It is assumed that they arise “naturally” - cottage cheese will provide the human body with a significant amount of energy and nutrients, which will make the consumption of other products unnecessary.

Below are 3 options for the cottage cheese diet.

Curd diet 1

This cottage cheese diet is based on the active consumption of cottage cheese. It is recommended to eat about a kilogram of cottage cheese during the day. Ideally, 200 grams - every 3 hours (5 times a day).

Curd diet for weight loss 2

Four times a day, eat 100 g of fresh low-fat cottage cheese (preferably homemade) with wheat edible bran (1-2 teaspoons). They are pre-steamed with boiling water, and after 20-30 minutes. the liquid is drained. Cottage cheese goes well with honey, fruits, berries and vegetables, so it is advisable to add it to each serving before meals.

Curd-kefir diet

The cottage cheese-kefir diet is a rather complex mono-diet; you need to eat 120 grams of cottage cheese with nine percent fat content and drink one glass of kefir 5 times a day.

The cottage cheese diet cannot be used for a long time. It is recommended to resort to this diet for no more than 3-4 days, and repeat no more than twice a year. The diet is contraindicated for teenagers, pregnant women and breastfeeding women.
