In this case, the body should move behind the shoulders, and the lower part of the body should be fixed motionless. Repeat 10-15 times.

The next exercise will be aimed at toning the abdominal and thigh muscles. To perform, stand straight and spread your legs wide. Take a position as if you are about to sit on a chair. To do this, lean forward slightly and shift your weight to your lower back, slightly bend your knees. Clasp your hands and place them at your right hip. Then straighten up and draw a semicircle with your hands across your left side - so that your hands are located above your head. At the same time, raise your left leg straight to hip level. For each side, do 10-15 approaches.

Exercise three will stimulate the oblique abdominal muscles, burning extra centimeters on the stomach and sides. While lying on the floor, straighten your arms above your head. Bend your knees and lift your heels slightly off the floor. Try to reach your left knee with your right elbow, and your right knee with your left. Perform quickly 10-15 times for each side.
