Yoga for every day: Wednesday

Wednesday, as a rule, is extremely active, so on this day it is important to concentrate your thoughts and strength, and correctly distribute the load throughout the day.

  1. Sit on a pillow, keep your legs straight, shoulder width apart. Place a stool in front of you, fold your arms and rest your head on your palms.

  2. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out through your nose. Stay in this position for 3-5 minutes. Then straighten your back, open your eyes and after 1-2 minutes repeat the exercise again.

What does this give?

This exercise helps stretch the inner thigh muscles and relax the neck muscles. The exercises also stimulate the sixth chakra, which is located in the center of the forehead and is responsible for intuition, wisdom and common sense.
