Arm muscles

Even during Antiquity, the canon of strength, power and masculinity was considered bent tense arm. We still see this in paintings, frescoes and sculptures of those times... This gesture is still alive today - your hand is used to judge how developed you are physically - “Show me your arm bent at the elbow, and I will tell you who you are.” Your arm muscles will immediately show everyone around you more eloquently whether you are involved in sports or not.

You probably won’t find an athlete in the world who wouldn’t dream of having healthy, pumped-up, sculpted arms. Professional bodybuilders demonstrate phenomenally amazing development in their performances arm muscles. But never forget that you can’t get carried away exclusively with arm training. The most important thing in bodybuilding is the proportionality and harmony of the development of all parts of the body!

Some people have enormous natural genetic potential that allows them to have enormous hands without having to expend significantly much effort. A classic example: the famous bodybuilder - A. Backles. This athlete devotes a minimum of time to his hands in training, even during the period of active preparation for competitions. At the same time, other, genetically less successful athletes have to devote much more time and effort to developing their arm muscles, and, despite this, they still cannot compare with Beckles. But do not despair - any bodybuilder, if he wishes and takes a fairly serious approach to this moment, has every chance of qualitatively increasing volume your own hands, earn relief, significantly improve triceps and biceps shape.
