How to properly perform squat squats?

  1. Place your heels on a beam 5-10 centimeters high.
  2. Choose a comfortable distance between your feet – usually 25-30 centimeters.
  3. The bar of the bar should be between your legs.
  4. Grasp the barbell with one hand from the front and the other hand from behind.
  5. Stand up and balance the barbell.
  6. In this position, perform squats.
  7. In this case, inhale, as usual, when lowering, exhale when ascending.
  8. Stretch out the negative phase of the exercise. It should be twice as long as the positive one.
  9. At the highest point of the trajectory, do not straighten your knees completely, but immediately begin the next repetition.
  10. Ideally, a set should consist of 8-15 repetitions.
