Gymnastic bench - carriage.

The gymnastic carriage allows you to organize the process purposefully and effectively learning strength exercises on rings (author M. Jafarov). It should also be noted that in this case it is possible to avoid the disadvantages that appear when using suspended blocks (muscle work with unusual support), rubber shock absorbers, supports, additional supports, etc.

Consists of gymnastic carriage (Fig. 1, a) from the support platform - element 1 measuring 275 mm x 310 mm, to which four outer 8 and four inner 2 brackets are attached from below. On each pair of brackets there are support 5 and safety 7 rollers, the first rotating on a rod 3 with a bearing 4. The carriage is put on the support board-seat of the gymnastic bench 6 from one of its ends. On four rollers, the carriage moves freely along the gymnastic bench. The movement of the carriage is guided by the outer disk of the support rollers. Safety rollers located on the outer brackets and under the bottom surface of the seats of the gymnastic bench are designed to prevent the carriage from tipping over (to the side).

Gymnastic bench with carriage is attached to the gymnastic wall at a certain angle (Fig. 1, b), the cables of the rings are fixed with hooks to the upper rail of the gymnastic wall so that the tensioned cables are parallel to the plane of movement of the carriage and the gymnast’s body, i.e., they correspond to normal conditions.

Training device for training gymnasts.

The device is designed for effective learning exercises on a horse with handles.

The design of the device (Fig. 2) consists of a wooden platform with boots 3 fixed in its upper part, a bearing 1, which is put on the axle - element 2. The axle is attached to the platform at an angle of 45°. To improve the rotation of the platform, it is necessary to have two swivel joints 5. The swivel joint is attached to the shock absorber 4. The shock absorber, in turn, is connected at one end to the platform, and at the other to the cable 6. The dimensions of the parts are arbitrary, but they must be attached to the axis of the platform only at an angle of 45° .

Gymnasts training on power equipment.

The training device is designed to form a number of motor skills of gymnasts, as well as for the development of physical strength of the muscles of the arms, legs and torso.

In Fig. 3, a diagram of the simulator is shown. It consists of two load bushings 8, mounted on guide tubular posts 9. To measure the direction of traction forces, guides, diverter rollers 2 and blocks 1, 3, 7 are used.

The load bushings 8, sliding along the guides 9, can be fixed to them by means of a pin. This allows you to install the rings at the required level from the floor. The weight bushings can be replaced with rubber shock absorbers. The device includes a ring 5 attached to the console for learning handstands on low rings. The device includes 6 rings on 4 cable rods.

On the simulator you can simulate various hand rests, lifting, lowering, twisting, pulling up and handstands (Fig. 3, b).

The device is intended for training gymnasts.

The design consists of shock absorbers and weights for teaching swing exercises (Fig. 4, a). Details of the device: 1 - fastening to racks; 2 - loads; 3 — shock absorbers; 4 - hanging belt.

The fastening (Fig. 4, b) includes the following elements: 1 - two half-brackets with bearings; 2 — covers for bearings; 3 — guide pads; 4 — rollers; 5 - safety bolt; 6 - bolt with nut.

Load regulation is carried out by using the elastic properties of shock absorbers (height adjustment).
