Swing installation.

The device is intended for speed-strength training of throwers. The swing training unit helps to increase the strength and speed-strength potential of the leg muscles of throwers. Exercises on the simulator can be used by athletes of other sports.

The installation (Fig. 1) consists of frame 1, suspension 2, seat 3, support platform 4, locks 5, guide rod 6 and load rod 7.

The device includes two stands that are attached to the ceiling and wall. The racks are connected by an axis, to which two downward rods are suspended on ball bearings. The lower ends of the barbells are connected to each other by a bench and a weightlifting barbell placed above this bench. At both ends of the bar, discs from the barbell can be placed and secured with locks.

General dimensions: distance between posts 130 cm, height 3 m, pendulum arm length 250 cm, distance from the wall 160 cm. Weight of the simulator with maximum load is about 400 kg.

Training console device.

The device is used to develop leg muscles, but can also be used to develop shoulder girdle muscles.

The device (Fig. 2) consists of a welded frame, the lower part of which is supporting 1, and the upper part 2, on which the barbell 3 is attached, is movable with an amplitude of movement of up to 1.5 m.

The athlete can perform leg presses, squats, half squats, jumping and running in place.

The collapsible block device is intended for strength and speed-strength exercises of local impact, i.e. exercises that are similar in general physical principles and character neuromuscular forces with basic running movements. And as you know, the run-up plays an important role in the throwing process...

The basis installations (Fig. 3, a) is frame 10 made of channel 8X200 mm. Three vertical guide posts 14 are attached to the frame with bolts connecting to each other a crossbar 15 equipped with two blocks 1. A cable is thrown through each block. A pin 13 is attached to one end of the cable, which should fit freely into the holes 12 of the weights 11. A cuff 8, sewn from a fire hose and covered with foam rubber inside, is attached to the loop of the other end of the cable 4 using a clamping hook 7.

For structural rigidity and installation of the moving crossbar 9 with blocks 6, two inclined posts 3 with a diameter of 34 mm are installed, which are bolted to the frame and to the plates of 2 vertical posts. The crossbar is fixed with 9 locking bolts 5. The main exercises are shown in Fig. 3, b.
