Inner smile

There is no point in listing the advantages of this technique, because there are too many of them. First of all, it should be noted that the “inner smile” exercises calm the mind and develop the ability to concentrate and concentrate.

“Inner smile” and “six healing sounds” are exercises that are the cornerstone of Taoist yoga. They help cope with depression. In addition, they have enormous healing potential. With their help, you can free yourself from negative energy and develop positive energy.

By smiling at the internal organ and filling it with the energy of love, a person calms down and independently copes with physical and mental pathologies. After a short training, the “inner smile” begins to appear on its own. Those around you will certainly feel the positive changes happening to you.

A sincere smile can work wonders. A smile coming from the depths of the soul is like a ray of sunshine on a rainy day. Therefore, we must learn “not to lose heart, but to be like the Sun at noon” (“I Ching”, “Book of Changes”).
Each of the five main organs of the body corresponds to one of the five elements (elements). By sending a smile to the internal organs, we stimulate the process of harmonization of the five elements within the body, and this in turn has a beneficial effect on the emotional state. The following happens: the internal organs establish a balance between the elements (elements), and it is the latter that determine the emotional state.

By smiling at our internal organs, we calm down, relax and transform negative emotions into positive ones. And this in turn creates harmony between the five elements (elements). Thus, negative emotions are neutralized and positive ones appear.
Western psychologists consider the brain to be the only center that controls the emotional state. The thousand-year experience of Taoists shows that, along with the brain, internal organs play a key role in the formation of mood.
It is worth remembering that personal happiness and well-being largely depend on the state of our internal organs. Isn't it better to keep them in good shape by smiling and thanking them for being the source of our life? This is exactly what Taoists do.

“Inner Smile” is truly a great exercise. A beginner learns to radiate a smile with his eyes. The eyes are considered the "mirror of the soul"; they begin to transform negative energy into positive energy. From the eyes, the energy of a smile is directed down the body, along the so-called three lines. The “front line” consists of the main internal organs - the heart, lungs, kidneys, liver and spleen.
The “midline” begins in the mouth and passes through the throat into the digestive organs.
The "back line" runs through the brain down each vertebra. Over time, you will be able to easily force your body to radiate positive, loving energy. By smiling with your eyes, you make a lasting impression on others.
The Inner Smile is a great exercise related to esoteric transformation. All the meditation exercises that we will talk about later can be greatly enhanced if they are preceded by the “inner smile” exercise.
