Every person should undergo regular medical examination, vision and dental checks. Prevention of the disease is more effective than its subsequent treatment. Medical examinations should vary depending on age, health status and other factors. Ask your GP what tests you need to have and how often they should be done.
If you wear glasses, your eye doctor will probably remind you of the need for regular eye exams. If you have good vision, you should still know that it can deteriorate at any time.
Visit your dentist regularly to have your teeth checked and cleaned.
Prevention of disease is better than treatment of disease. Change your toothbrushes more often. Brush your teeth and the spaces between them with silk floss to avoid the occurrence and development of cavities, diseases of the teeth and gums that destroy the soft and bone tissue around the tooth. Gum disease develops with age.
In accidents involving the loss of one or more teeth, stop the bleeding. Roll up a roll of sterile dressing material and insert it into place of the knocked out tooth. The victim must clench his teeth tightly to apply pressure. Seek qualified medical attention.
Only time helps the body cope with the excess amount of alcohol consumed. Black coffee and a cold shower may provide some relief from hangovers, but it will take some time for your body to neutralize the effects of alcohol.
Protect your hearing. Beware of noise pollution in the environment. Noises and music can negatively affect your hearing, increase your stress levels and reduce your concentration. If people around you tell you that they hear music from your headphones, then the noise level has reached a level that is dangerous for your hearing. The volume needs to be lowered.
