Aminoadipic Acid

Aminoadipic acid is a saturated dibasic acid that has an amino group in its molecule. It is found in some plant proteins and can be found in plant foods. Aminoadipic acid can be found in foods such as soybeans, peas, lentils, nuts and seeds.

In the human body, aminoadipic acid is formed from the breakdown of the amino acid lysine. It plays an important role in protein synthesis and other important metabolic processes.

Aminoadipic acid is also used in the production of various chemical products such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and others.

Aminoadipic acids are high-molecular compounds consisting of two aminopotassium residues (amino group) and diphoscateic acid. They are usually present in protein structures such as hemoglobin and myoglobin.

Aminoadicic acids can also be synthesized artificially, especially in cases where the use of natural protein is not possible. For example, aminoadicanes are used to create drugs, cosmetics and dietary supplements.

Among aminoadkinic acids the following stand out:

1. Isoleucine (β-aminocaproic acid) - is the main donor of the methyl group for the synthesis of adrenaline
