BAYADERA GROUP began producing champagne
The largest alcohol holding in Ukraine, BAYADERA GROUP, has launched the production of its own champagne under the Marengo TM. At the beginning of March, bottling began under the brand, which is already widely known and leads the vermouth market with a share of more than 50%. The new product will be presented in three positions – Marengo Brut, Marengo Semi-dry, Marengo Semi-sweet.
The BAYADERA GROUP's own vineyards with an area of 2.5 thousand hectares, located in the Nikolaev region, fully provide the necessary raw materials for the production of sparkling wine. The blends are created from the best European grape varieties: Chardonnay, Aligote, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Riesling Rhine, Irshai Oliver, Sauvignon, Traminer, Rkatsiteli, and for the brightness of the aroma and taste, muscat is added to the blend for semi-sweet and semi-dry champagne varieties. The production of sparkling wine TM Marengo takes place using classical French technology - the Charmat method. The best blend of champagne wines (assemblage) is created, which matures in closed tanks, which allows you to control the quality of the drink throughout the entire process.
