During the lemon diet, you can eat all foods in moderation. The basis of the diet is taking a lemon drink every day on an empty stomach:
Day 1 - squeeze 1 lemon into 1 glass of water
Day 2 - squeeze 2 lemons into 2 glasses of water
Day 3 - squeeze 3 lemons into 3 glasses of water
Day 4 - squeeze 4 lemons into 4 glasses of water
Day 5 - squeeze 5 lemons into 5 glasses of water
Day 6 - squeeze 6 lemons into 6 glasses of water
Day 7 - add the juice of 3 lemons and 1 teaspoon of honey to a 3-liter jar of water, drink throughout the day
Day 8 - squeeze 6 lemons into 6 glasses of water
Day 9 - squeeze 5 lemons into 5 glasses of water
Day 10 - squeeze 4 lemons into 4 glasses of water
Day 11 - squeeze 3 lemons into 3 glasses of water
Day 12 - squeeze 2 lemons into 2 glasses of water
Day 13 - squeeze 1 lemon into 1 glass of water
Day 14 - repeat day 7
Water for lemon drink should be at room temperature. After taking, rinse your mouth with a baking soda solution to neutralize the acid. You can also drink the drink through a straw.
