Cardiologists: bad character leads to stroke

According to a study by American cardiologists, people with a selfish, arrogant, quarrelsome and cynical character who constantly experience negative emotions are extremely susceptible to strokes and heart attacks. The reason for this is the thick artery walls that such people have.

For several years, cardiologists monitored 5.5 thousand residents of four Italian villages. Using a personality test, they identified two groups of people: friendly and positive, as well as nasty and constantly dissatisfied. It turned out that in people from the first group, the walls of the cervical arteries were carotid and did not contain seals, unlike people from the second group.

40% of people with a negative character have a significant risk of developing cardiovascular diseases, including heart attack and stroke. This conclusion was made by cardiologists based on the study data.

What to do if you discover a bad character in yourself? Experts advise working on yourself, improving your emotional state, trying not to worry about little things and not being offended by others. In addition, it is important to monitor your health and undergo regular examinations with a cardiologist.

There are also a number of ways that help improve the condition of the arteries and prevent cardiovascular diseases. For example, eating garlic, which is a natural vasodilator and helps reduce the risk of blood clots. It is also recommended to lead a healthy lifestyle, avoid smoking and drinking alcohol, exercise regularly and eat right.

It is important to understand that our health depends on many factors, including our character and way of thinking. Therefore, do not forget about taking care of your psychological and emotional components in order to maintain the health of your cardiovascular system for many years.
