1/2 slice of white bread, 1 slice of fresh tomato, 1/2 pod of baked and peeled pepper, 1 teaspoon of whipped and salted butter, 1 teaspoon of grated hard cheese, a sprig of parsley. Spread the bread with butter, put the remaining ingredients on top and garnish with parsley.

With mashed potatoes and smoked salmon
2-3 slices of white or Borodino bread, 3-4 tablespoons of mashed potatoes, 2-3 teaspoons of melted butter, a few pieces of smoked salmon, herbs for decoration. Cut slices of bread into circles or triangles, pour a small amount of melted butter on top, put slices of smoked salmon on top and make flowers from mashed potatoes from a pastry bag (or paper pound). Garnish with parsley or dill.

1 slice of white bread, 1 egg, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of mayonnaise, 1.5 ml of saline solution, fresh tomato, parsley or dill, vegetable oil (for frying). Prepare a sandwich mixture: beat a raw egg with saline solution and mayonnaise. Cut a 1.5 cm thick slice of bread into 2 pieces to form triangles. Dip each triangle into the sandwich mixture and fry in oil. Place fresh tomato slices on the fried pieces of bread and garnish with herbs on top.

With an omelette
3 slices of fresh white bread, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup milk, 1 teaspoon flour, saline solution to taste, butter, herbs, cucumber. Prepare an omelette: beat the eggs with milk and, without ceasing to beat, add flour. Put a little butter in a frying pan, pour in the egg mixture and fry over low heat with a lid on both sides. Apply a layer of butter to each slice of bread, place a piece of chilled omelette on top and garnish with herbs and a slice of fresh cucumber.
