In the beginning of the basic practice, you did the “locking the two front gates” exercise. I would like to draw your attention to one important point. When performing it, do not under any circumstances close the urogenital diaphragm (“second anterior gate”), it should be relaxed.
The tip of the penis and labia are called the “first anterior gate.” Both men and women should learn to contract the designated muscle groups. To explain the above, I will give an example from my own practice. When I first tried this exercise, I found it extremely easy. However, I soon realized that I was only contracting the muscles on the left side of the head of my penis. The muscles on the right side were not used at all. Instead, I cut an area located at some distance from the head. This was explained by the fact that in this place my sensitivity was extremely low, and in fact I did not feel the contraction of the head. Thus, I realized that there was a muscle imbalance between the left and right sides of the penis, which in turn negatively affected the muscle tone and balance of the entire body. In addition, I realized that the reduction efforts I was making were unreasonably large. In this case, only a slight reduction is required.
By “closing” the labia, women should feel a slight retraction of the clitoris. In the following lessons, the meaning of the above will be clear to you, and you will understand the purpose of these manipulations. For now, it is enough to note that the female clitoris corresponds to the male penis. Since the labia and the head of the penis are considered the “first gate,” then it is logical to assume that the tip of the clitoris performs the same sexual function as the tip of the penis. Therefore, when I refer to a woman's "anterior gate" ("first front gate"), I am referring to both the labia and the tip of the clitoris.
So, when performing the exercise, it is important to ensure that in men the group of muscles located at the head of the penis contracts, and in women - the base of the labia majora and the tip of the clitoris.
Men should begin the exercise before an erection occurs. It can be performed at any time and anywhere. Once you learn how to contract the muscles on both sides of the glans penis, you will be able to perform the exercise while erect (however, it is important to remember consistency and prudence). You will see that in an excited state the exercise becomes more difficult. With practice, you will learn to control muscle contraction.
Women, like men, should begin exercise in a calm, rather than excited, state. They can also perform it anytime and anywhere. Having achieved success, you can begin to perform the exercise in an excited state.
Keep in mind that discomfort may occur due to the fact that muscle groups that are not currently being used are subject to conscious control. If this happens, do not be discouraged or despair. Such experiences indicate that you have become stronger and have cleared the channels for the free movement of energy. Practice and this moment will definitely come.
Try to “seal” the “first gate” during sexual intercourse. Stop the friction and squeeze the muscles at the tip of the penis or labia several times. You will feel a weakening of the severity of sensations, which, however, will not affect your sensuality as a whole.
Loss of control over your own feelings leads to a reduction in the time of sexual intercourse. The man is in too much of a hurry, and the woman is doing everything in her power to bring her partner to orgasm. This should not be done. If you want to prolong your pleasure and fully realize your sensuality, achieve conscious control over your emotions with the exercise “sealing the first gate.”
