After performing a head massage, we move on to the hands. We begin massaging from the fingers towards the shoulder joint. Movements: grasping strokes. We massage all the joints on our hands in a circular motion. We massage the buttocks using bent fingers in a circular motion.

Let's move on to the abdominal massage. First, we perform light circular strokes with the palm of our hand. Then make deeper circular movements with your fingers clenched into a fist. We move clockwise.

We perform foot massage with both hands, if possible completely clasping the leg. We begin grasping stroking from the fingers, moving upward to the hip joint.

At the end of the bed massage, you need to lie on your back for a while, take 3 deep breaths and exhale, and then go to the bathroom.

It is useful to stand for a while in the bathroom with your bare feet on a rubber mat with an uneven, bumpy surface. This is an excellent tonic procedure for the whole body, since there are a large number of biologically active points on the soles of the feet.

You can proceed to water procedures. It is very useful to take a contrast shower, while wiping yourself with a sponge or brush. After a shower, you can wipe your body and face with a piece of ice. Then apply nourishing cream to still damp skin.
