DIY swing bar

It is made from wooden bars or logs of different lengths (2 bars 2.8-3.0 m long and 2 bars 2.0-2.2 m long). The distance between the dug logs is 80 and 60 cm. The log racks are connected by two crossbars at a height of 1.8-2.0 and 1.3-1.5 m. To do this, three holes are cut out in the upper ends of the racks, and another one at the level the tops of the small log-rack, on the side of the large ones. Cuttings of water pipes are placed in the holes, which are secured with strips of sheet iron using nails. Opposite the large log stands, a support is dug into the ground for pushing off with the feet. To prevent the pillars from bending, cover their bases in the holes with stones, broken bricks and concrete. A swing made of cords and a board can be attached to a large crossbar. Attach a homemade basketball basket to one of the upper posts for throwing balls at a target. Attach a rubber band to the small crossbar. Standing on it, the child can easily, without excessive effort, pull himself up.

While hanging on the bar, you should perform pull-ups with different leg positions, swinging, simulating hanging a bicycle, turning your torso to the sides, etc.

DIY jumper

The simplest simulator for developing jumping ability. The best device to please your children and give them a lot of positive emotions. To make a jumper with your own hands, you should attach two rubber shock absorbers with one end to the belt, and the other to two hooks driven into logs dug into the ground 50-80 cm from each other on the sides of the student. When jumping upward, you can adjust the resistance by moving forward or backward from the hooks.

The simplest expanders to use are the “Zhenes” and “Reverse expander” types.

“Zhenes” (female expander) consists of a wooden platform to which a spring (or several springs) or rubber shock absorbers with a handle are hooked.

Exercises performed (repetitions depending on how you feel):
  1. Ref.Gender - standing on the platform, legs slightly bent, hands below, hold the handles of the expander with an overhand grip. Raise your straightened arms forward - up to shoulder height (inhale), smoothly return to the Initial Floor. (exhalation). Execution speed is average.
  2. Ref.Gender - standing on the platform, bend your legs slightly, arms below, hold the handles of the expander with an underhand grip. Raise your straightened arms forward - up to shoulder height, straighten your legs (inhale), smoothly return to the Exit Floor. (exhalation). The pace of execution is average.
  3. Ref.Gender — standing on the platform, hands hold the handles of a stretched expander with an overhand grip. Raise your straightened arms forward and up to chin height (inhale), smoothly carry out a controlled return to the Initial Floor. (exhalation). The pace of execution is slow.
  4. Ref.Gender — standing on the platform, hands hold the handles of a stretched expander with an underhand grip. Raise your straightened arms forward and upward to a level above your head (inhale), slowly return to the Exit Floor. (exhalation). The pace is the same.
  5. Ref.Gender — standing on the platform, leaning forward, hands down. Holding the handles of the expander, straighten up without bending your arms (inhale), return to Ex. Floor. (exhalation). The pace is fast.
  6. Ref.Gender - standing on the platform with your back to the expander, legs slightly bent, grab the handles of the expander with your hands. Straighten your legs and bend forward. Without bending your arms (exhale), return to Ex. Floor. (inhale). The pace is fast.

"Reverse expander" consists of pairs of levers 1 with traverses 2, movably connected by a pin 3. The lower tips of the levers are made of wire with lugs for attaching carabiners-shock absorbers 4 from conventional classical expanders. These crossbar arms are made from wooden slats held together with strong joints. The main dimensions are shown in the figure. One to three shock absorbers are attached to the levers. When performing exercises, the pectoral muscles and a number of others are well loaded, which do not experience such stress when exercising with stretchers.

The rod is a noisy projectile and quite difficult to manufacture. It can be successfully replaced by an original device invented by Polish specialists. The “Grifotyag” device they made does not require expensive materials to manufacture and does not have any special difficulties in execution. For the platform you need a pine board 1300x250 mm, as well as two bars and four steel rings with a diameter of 90 mm for attaching belts and shock-absorbing rubber bands, and two metal strips to connect the rings to the platform. As a rod bar, you can use a piece of water pipe with a diameter of 30-50 mm and a length of 1300 mm. By connecting all the parts properly we will get a projectile.

How to make a weight training machine yourself - a log?

It is made from logs of different diameters, 3-4 m long. You can perform a variety of strength exercises on it, lifting a log, holding the handles of the exercise machine (standing, bending over, sitting), squatting under a log, etc.

Homemade trampoline for children

This gymnastic equipment is useful for little ones. Just like the jumper, it will give children a lot of laughter, fun and pleasant impressions. A trampoline for children is quite simple to make yourself - if only there was space to install it. The frame (1.4×1.4 m) is made of water pipes. The perimeter is reinforced by 72 homemade springs from four shoulder expanders. A 100x100 cm tarpaulin is stretched in the middle. The frame is strengthened on racks dug into the ground and concreted. You can attach a ladder to the side. The trampoline must be able to support the weight of an adult. A 1.5 ~ 2-meter zone around the projectile is cleared of foreign objects.
