The Hollywood Diet is easy to follow and is based on limiting your carbohydrate and fat intake. If the product is high in calories, it can be either a product with a high protein content (meat, fish, eggs), or with a large amount of plant fiber (low-carbohydrate vegetables, fruits).
Throughout the diet of Hollywood stars, breakfast is completely excluded from the diet. Prohibited products are: flour and confectionery products (including bread), fruits and vegetables containing starch, alcohol, sugar (a carbohydrate-free sweetener can be used), salt and various brines. 1st day:
Lunch: 1 egg, 1 tomato, black coffee.
Dinner: 1 egg, green salad, 1 grapefruit.

Day 2:
Lunch: 1 egg, black coffee, grapefruit.
Dinner: beef meat baked on a grill without fat, cucumber, black coffee.

3rd day:
Lunch: 1 egg, 1 tomato, stewed spinach.
Dinner: rack of veal baked on a grill without fat, cucumber, black coffee.

4th day:
Lunch: green salad, black coffee, 1 grapefruit.
Dinner: 1 egg, cottage cheese, stewed spinach, tea.

Day 5:
Lunch: 1 egg, stewed spinach, black coffee.
Dinner: lean fish baked on a grill, green salad, black coffee.

Day 6:
Lunch: fruit salad of apples, oranges and grapefruits.
Dinner: beef meat baked on a grill, cucumber, tea.

Day 7:
Lunch: vegetable soup, chicken baked on a grill, tea, orange.
Dinner: fruit salad.

The duration of the Hollywood diet is 2 weeks.
With the Hollywood diet, you can either eliminate breakfast completely, or tea without sugar with half a grapefruit.

Continue this way for 18 days. Either exclude breakfast completely, or have tea without sugar with half a grapefruit.
