How to do Geisha gymnastics

Geisha gymnastics, or makko-ho, is one of the secrets of their beauty and femininity. These women were famous for their elegance, grace and health. Today we invite you to familiarize yourself with some geisha gymnastics exercises that will help you feel your body and make it more flexible.

Before starting the exercises, you need to warm up. The ideal option would be to take a bath to stretch your muscles and improve blood circulation. If you cannot take a bath, you can do a few simple body tilts in different directions.

Exercise 1.

Sit on the mat and bend your legs under you in a “Turkish” position. The back should be straight. Lean forward, exhaling deeply, then rise up as you inhale. This exercise will help stretch your muscles and improve blood flow.

Exercise 2.

Sitting straight, straighten your legs and lean down. Slide your hands along the outside of your leg. In this position, slowly bend over as you exhale until you feel that the ligaments do not allow you to fall further. Stay in this position, count to sixty, and then slowly rise as you inhale.

Exercise 3.

Sit with your heels touching your buttocks and rest your hands on the floor. As you exhale deeply, slowly lower yourself onto your back, helping yourself with your hands. This exercise can be done in a lying position. Do not spread your legs too far, bend them one at a time so that your calves touch the outer side of your thigh. Slowly lower your back back, hold for a minute, and then rise as you inhale.

Exercise 4.

While sitting, spread your legs wide. Sitting straight, exhale through your nose and stretch your arms down. Count to sixty, then inhale and straighten up.

Perform these exercises every day before bed to prolong your youth and give yourself healthy sleep. Geisha makko-ho gymnastics will help you feel your body and make it more flexible, and will also give you an effect incomparable to the most expensive skin cream. Practice geisha gymnastics to become the ideal for your man and love yourself with renewed vigor.
