9. Imagine that you are surrounded by a red color or a reddish haze. As you inhale, this aura enters your body through your nose and scalp hair, the inner and outer corners of your eyes, your tongue, and your middle fingers. The body literally draws in energy. Red light fills the heart, then flows into the small intestine. As you exhale, imagine how the negative energy, colored in dirty orange and gray tones, disappears. This is the energy of arrogance, intolerance, fanaticism, cruelty and hatred. Imagine all the negative emotions leaving your body. On the next inhalation, the red color becomes pure and bright. Previously, its shine was hampered by dirty orange and gray tones. With practice, you will completely get rid of the muddy color that obscures the red glow.

10. Direct the red color and excess energy to the “collection point” located in the center of the sternum. With your inner gaze, watch how it fills with a red glow. Imagine how, under the influence of the energy accumulated at the “gathering point,” the thymus gland blooms like a flower. Hold this mental image for at least one to two minutes.
