Autolysins

Autolysis is the process of cell destruction and the release of biologically active substances from it. As a result of autolysis, nutrients enter the cell and the cell is digested. The synthesis of the necessary enzymes necessary for the digestion of one’s own structures and tissues occurs. The breakdown of complex compounds into simpler ones is called autolysis. The destruction of structural elements of cells leads to the release of substances that are necessary for the synthesis of new ones. They are called autoenzymes.

Autolysis is necessary for the normal functioning of the body and maintaining its vital functions.

In nature, autolysis processes occur in most living organisms, but are most developed in plants and fungi. Autolysis also refers to the cutting of food in the human stomach, where stomach enzymes break down food proteins into amino acids. This process ensures that the body absorbs proteins.
