How to cleanse blood and lymph at home

Cleansing the blood and lymph is an important process that helps keep the body healthy. Blood vessels play a key role in distributing nutrients and oxygen throughout the body, and if they are dirty, it can lead to poor conduction. Stagnation in the lymphatic system can also lead to the proliferation of pathogens and diseases of the joints, bones and cartilage.

There are several ways to cleanse blood, lymph and blood vessels at home. One such way is the use of juices and honey. To prepare a blood purifying drink you will need beets, carrots, pomegranates, lemons, cranberries and honey. You need to take 2 kg of each product. Squeeze the juice from the beets, place it in a container and cover with a lid. Place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Then squeeze the juice out of the remaining products and mix all the juices with the beet juice. There is no need to heat the honey; add it to the juices, stir and place the mixture in a container with a tight lid. Store the drink in the refrigerator and drink 50 ml on an empty stomach for 10 days, diluting it with warm water. Take a break for 5 days and repeat the dose. The cleaning course lasts 15 days and is recommended to be carried out twice a year - in autumn and winter.

Another way to cleanse the blood and lymph is to use ginger and berries. Take 2 g of ginger powder three times a day daily. Also consume dried black mulberries, black elderberry jam and more garlic during meals. Dogwood, rowan, sorrel, red currant and barberry are also good for cleansing the blood.

Carrot and apple juices also help in cleansing the blood and lymph. Mix 200 ml of carrot and apple juice and add beet juice in a 4:1 ratio. Drink the mixture before meals daily. Along with the juice, use an alcoholic tincture of celandine, strictly adhering to the dosage regimen: before breakfast - 1 drop, before lunch - 2 drops, before dinner - 3 drops. To prepare the tincture, grind the celandine, squeeze and strain through a thick layer of gauze. For every 450 mg, add 70 ml of rubbing alcohol. Store the tincture in the refrigerator. It helps not only to cleanse the blood, but also for diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, hypertension, diabetes and other diseases.

You can also use herbs to cleanse the blood and lymph. One of the most effective herbs is nettle. Eat 1 tablespoon of fresh nettle daily, crushed and mixed with honey or juice. In addition, you can use burdock root, oregano, St. John's wort, calendula, chamomile and other herbs that help cleanse the blood and lymph, strengthen the immune system and improve the general condition of the body.

Certain foods and drinks such as green tea, lemon juice, pomegranate juice, and antioxidant-rich vegetables and fruits can also help cleanse the blood and lymph.

However, before starting any blood and lymph cleansing course, you should consult your doctor, especially if you have any diseases or health problems.
