We will begin the lesson with a massage of the testicles and seminiferous tubules. Before starting the massage, energy should be directed to the testicles. Below is a simple and effective way to perform this technique.
Increased pressure in the scrotum
1. Take a deep breath like “abdominal breathing” and fill your lungs as much as possible with air.
2. Fill your mouth with air and swallow it with a characteristic sound, pushing the qi into the solar plexus area.
3. Inhale and push the chi into the navel area.
4. Inhale and push the energy into the testicles.
5. Squeeze the perineum and anus to avoid loss of energy. Stay in this position for 10 seconds, then relax. Repeat the exercise two to three times.
The purpose of the above exercise is to create a sufficient amount of sexual energy (jing qi) in the testicles for massage.
Massage the testicles with your fingers
1. Support the left testicle with the fingertips of your left hand. The thumb is on top, the other fingers are on the bottom.
2. Using circular movements of the index, middle and ring fingers (clockwise, then counterclockwise), massage the bottom of the left testicle.
3. Using a circular motion with your thumb (in both directions), massage the top of your left testicle.
4. Repeat the exercise with the right testicle or both at the same time.
5. Supporting the testicles with your fingertips, spread them slightly apart (2.5 cm) and “twist” each testicle in both directions.
Massage the testicles using your palms
1. Before starting the massage, repeat the exercise “increasing pressure in the scrotum”; fill your testicles with sexual energy and rub your palms together until they warm up.
2. Support the testicles with the palms of your hands.
3. Without squeezing the testicles, “twist” them inside your palms clockwise 9, 24 or 36 times.
4. Swap your hands and do a circular massage of the testicles counterclockwise the same number of times as in step 3.
5. Place the testicles between the palms of your hands, moving your penis to the side.
6. Gently massage the testicles with your palms.
7. Open your palms and release your testicles.
Massage and stretching of seminiferous tubules
First of all, find the tubules themselves. One comes out of the left testicle, the other from the right. The tubules serve to remove seminal fluid from the testicles. They are located on both sides of the scrotum. Try to feel them with your index finger and thumb. To the touch, the tubules are thin and slippery, somewhat reminiscent of worms.
Massage of the tubules (sperm ducts) strengthens and clears them of blockages. Once you have discovered them, you can use the following exercises.
1. Massage the tubules up and down with your thumb and index (or middle) fingers.
2. Lightly grasp the tubules at the base of the scrotum and pull them down.
