Skipping breakfast leads to obesity

A group of nutritional scientists from Australia has proven that ignoring breakfast leads to obesity and poor memory.

A number of studies by specialists consisted of interviewing women suffering from excess weight and observing their condition for a year. As a result, scientists concluded that 65% of women who ignore their morning meal repeatedly made attempts to lose the hated pounds, but never got rid of them. 20% of women regularly followed a diet, but nevertheless refused breakfast, and still could not get their figure perfect, and another 15% of respondents suffered from obesity.

Experts warn that refusing to eat a morning meal leads to serious metabolic disorders and an increased risk of excess weight. And ignoring breakfast also affects the speed of mental reaction and the ability to remember - naturally, they begin to “limp.”
