Chopped herring
Ingredients: 50 g salted herring fillet, 10 g onions, 30 g apples, 20 g wheat bread, 15 ml milk, 1/4 egg, 3 ml sunflower oil, 10 g butter, 3 g parsley.

Preparation: Pour cold milk over skinless and boneless herring fillets and leave for several hours. Chop the onion and sauté in sunflower oil. Soak stale bread in milk. Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into pieces. Pass the herring, onions, bread, apples through a meat grinder and mix with butter, place on a herring tray, shaping the mass, and sprinkle with chopped eggs and parsley.

Tulip
Ingredients: red tomato, cottage cheese, milk, onions, sweet pepper, saline solution, herbs.

Preparation: Cut a beautiful red tomato crosswise, take out the middle and fill it with cottage cheese, whipped with a small amount of milk and the middle of the tomato until creamy and seasoned with finely chopped onions, sweet peppers, salt solution and herbs. Serve on lettuce.

Stuffed fresh cucumber
Ingredients: fresh cucumber, egg, onion, lemon juice, saline solution, mustard, mayonnaise, tomato, sweet pepper, dill.

Preparation: Wash a small fresh cucumber thoroughly; if the peel is hard, peel it, cut it lengthwise into 2 parts, carefully remove the core with a wooden or silver spoon and fill it with minced egg: finely chop the hard-boiled egg and mix with finely chopped onions, adding a little lemon juice, saline solution, mustard and mayonnaise. Decorate the stuffed cucumber with tomato slices or strips of sweet pepper and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
