Zimmermann Method

The Zimmermann method is a method of preparing a fermented milk product consisting of a mixture of skim milk, reconstituted skim milk and skim milk. The product is produced using the tank method, pasteurized at a temperature of 85-87°C for 30 minutes, then homogenized and packaged. Shelf life 72 hours at temperatures from 2 to 6°C.
