When performing the exercise, you should imagine the color red, corresponding to the element of fire. At the end of the exercise, it is important to surround yourself with a red aura. This will mark the beginning of the creation of a "rainbow aura".
1. Sit on a chair without touching its back. Feet rest on the floor, hands clasped on knees. The exercise can also be performed in one of the static poses mentioned above.
2. Press the tip of your tongue against the alveoli.
3. Hold your gaze at any point at eye level for 30 seconds. Then close your eyes slightly and look at the tip of your nose for 30 seconds. Move your gaze to the middle of the nasal septum and look at this point for 10 seconds. Then turn your attention to the point between your eyes and hold your gaze on it for 30 seconds. 4. Focus your attention on the hair of your head and perform the hair breathing exercise in the sequence indicated for the first treasure exercise.
5. Feel how the energy from your hair moves to the outer and inner corners of your eyes. Smile at these corners. Feel how, following the corners of your lips, they begin to
